PETITION FOR FAMILY EXEMPTION
TO THE HONORABLE p.V.MARINO,PRESIDENT JUDGE OF THE SAID COURT:
The Petition of ROSE FULTON respectfully represents:

That she is the widow of Charles W.Fulton,Sr.,who died intestate
on March 3,1968;a resident of North Bethlehem Township,Washington County,
Pennsylvania,leaving to survive him your petitioner,his wife,one son,
Charles W.Fulton,Jr.,and three daughters,Mildred Kurek,Hazel Danley,
and Frances Boles.

That the decedent and your petitioner were married on May 9,1916,
at Cokeburg,Washington County,Pennsylvania.

Chevrolet truck,and a 1960 Chevrolet four door s~dan,the total value of;",.'

That your petitioner claims both vehicles in the amount of Two
Hundred Fifty and nO/100 ($250.00)Dollars as her partial family exemption
under Section 211 of the Fiduciary Act of 1949.

WHEREFORE,your Petitioner prays your Honorable Court to set aside
the said motor vehicles in the amount of Two Hundred Fifty and nO/100 ($250.00
Dollars to her as her partial family exemption under Section 211 of the Fiduci ry
