PETITION UNDER SECTION 202 OF THE FIDUCIARIES ACT OF 1949 FOR THE
SETTLEMENT OF SMALL ESTATE
The petition of EMELIO GAVAZZI respectfully represents:
1.That your petitioner is the father of SIRIO V.
GAVAZZI,deceased.
TownShip,Washington County,Pennsylvania.
2.That the residence of the deceased was Slovan,Smith

3.That the decedent died September 23,1967 while bein(
a resident of Smith Township,Washington County,Pennsylvania.
4.That your petitioner has not applied for letters of
administration and does not intend to apply,and no other person
has applied for letters of administration to the knowledge of
your petitioner.
5.That the estate of the decedent consist of back wages
from Wheeling Steel Corporation,in the amount of 190.91,which
said wages are being held by said Wheeling Steel Corporation,
Steubenville Works,Steubenville,Ohio.
6.That there are no creditors of the estate of the
decedent.
7.That the decedent never married and had no children.

Court,pursuant to Section 202 of the Fiduciaries Act of April

distribution of the entire estate of the decedent to Eme1io
Gavazzi without further notice and without grant of letters of
administration.

which consist of back wages from Wheeling Steel Corporation,in
the amount of ONE HUNDRED NINETY and 91/100 ($190.91)DOLLARS,be
