I,ANNA tABASH,of Donora,Washington County,Pennsylvania,
peing of sound mind,memory,snd understanding,do make,pUbliahand
declare this to be my Lest Will and Testament,hereby revoking and
declaring null and void any and all Wills by me at any time hereto-
tore made.
FIRST:I directthat all my just debt.and tuneral expense.
be paid as soon as conveniently may be atter my decease.
SECON~:I give,devise and bequeath unto my son,William
tabBeh,all of my undivided one-half (1/2)interest in and to the
farm situete 1n Rostraver Township,Westmoreland County,Pennsylvania,
which was awarded to me from my late husband's estate and which ia
more fUlly described in the Certificati~n ot Real Estate,recorded in
the Recorder's Office of Westmoreland County,Pennsylvania,in D.B.
Volume 1854,page 843,providec,however,that my 80~,WilliaM Labash,
pay the sum of Twelve Hundred Dollars <$1200.00)to eBch of my follow-
ing daughters:Helen Nagy,Lillian Musial and Dorothy O'Lenic.
