In compliance with your request,I have made an
appraisal of the following property of the above estate:

This tract is situated in Uenallen Township,
Fayette County,Pa.,along Route #40 -three miles west of
TTniontovm,Pa.Tract #1 has a frontage of 160 feet along
Route #40 and has a depth of 183 feet.Tract #2 adjoins
Tract #1 at the rear of the lot and has a dimensiQn of
3.26 acres..
This property under appraisal is located in a
rapidly expanding community and values are continuously
being improved.All utilities except water are available,
and sewage is taken care of by the use of septic tanks.
An analysis of similar property that has changed
hands is reflected in my market value.Neither tract should
be sold separately,because of lack of right-of-way to the
rear tract.
I have appraised t:le entire tract at Three T'nousand
($3,000.00)Dollars.
I have no personal interest in this property,nor
in the outcome of this appraisal~This appraisal is true and
correct to the best of my professional knowledge and ability.

At your request,I have made art appraisal of the tollowing
property of the above Estate.
Property is located in Halden,Centerville Borough,Washington
County,Pa.Lot or lots is approximately 80 x 180 ft.,having constructed
thereon,a one story,frame aluminum siding dwelling.House is approximately
30 x 24 ft.and has four rooms and bath.It is my opinion t.l1is house has
a Fair Cash Market Value on June 15th,of
Twenty-two Hurrlred ($2,200.00)Dollars.
On this same lot is erected a tile building,one story,
approximately 45 x 30 ft.Concrete floor and coal furnace (pot belly).
This building is of the non-investing type and as such,has a Fair Market
Value on June 15th,of:
Thirty-five Hundred ($3,500.00)Dollars.

Comparison Value and Supporting Data;
The dwelling was moved from another location and
plaeed on an insufficient tile,foundation,~eh has sunk
and cracked.Room (bath)added to the structure has
pulled away from the main building.ConSiderable money will
have to be spent to make the house fairly livable.
Tile building was a1 so moved from another location,
but is in good repair,but in my judgment,it cannot be used
as a commercial garage or building,because of '~e sparee
demand in this locality.
LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF JOSEPH FUNARI.
I,JOSEPH FUNARI,of Centerville Borough,Washington
County,Pennsylvania,being of sound mind,memory and under-
standing,do make,pbulish and declare this as and for my Last
Will and Testament;her~by revoking and making null and void
all Wills and Testaments or writings in the nature thereof by
me at any time heretofore made.
FIRST:As soon as convenient after my decease,I direct
my hereinafter named Executrix to pay all my just debts,if any,
funeral expenses,tosts of administering my estate and all state
and local taxes.
SECOND:I give,devise and bequeath the sum of ONE ($l.OO)
DOLLAR,to each of my children,namely:.
ANGELINE FUNARI,MARY ANN FUNARI and CHRISTINE FUNARI,
who are presently residing with their mother at Elco,Washington
Count y,Pennsylvania.
THIRD:I give,devise and bequeath the sum of FIVE THOUSAND
Ub 5,000.00}DOLLARS,to my brother,LEvITS FUNARI,who is at the
present time confined in the Mayview Hospital,Allegheny County,
Pennsylvania.If at the time of my decease he is not capable
of managing his estate,or in the event he should become a victim
of designing persons,then in that event I do hereby appoint
our sister,LUCY LAURETS,to be his guardian,and I direct that
this bequest shall be administered'under the supervision and
direction of the Orphans'Court of Washington County,Pennsylvania.
FOURTH:All the rest,residue and remainder of my estate

of whatsoever kind and wheresoever situate,I give and bequeath
as follows:
(a).One-half (1/2)of said residue of my estate,I give,
devise and bequeath to the PENNSYLVANIA HEART ASSOCIATION
with principal offices located at 2743 North Front Street,
Harrisburg,Pennsylvania.
(b).One-half (1/4)of said residue of my estate,I give,
devise and bequeath to the CANCER SOCIETY with principal
offices located at,Pennsylvania Division,Inc.,P.O.Box
26~Harrisburg,Pennsylvania'rto betheirs absolutely and
forever.
FIFTH:I hereby make,constitute and appoint my sister,
LUCY LAURETS,of Daisytown,Washington County,Pennsylvania,to
be the Executrix of this my Last Will and Testament,and I direct
her to do each and every act or thing necessary or proper to the
full and complete administration of this my Last Will and Testa-
mente

J.B.Funari,Deceased,is authorized and empowered to sell the pieces,
parcels or tracts of land mentioned in said petition for the sums of
at least $3,000.00 and $5,700.00 respectively.
