PETITION FOR FAMILY EXEMPTION
TO THE HONORABLE,JUDGE OF SAID COURT:
The Petition of Katherine Nesbitt,by her attorney,
George K.Hanna,respectfully represents:
1.That your petitioner is the widow of Frank Nesbitt,
who died on February 24,1968,at Langeloth,Washington County,
Pennsylvania,a resident of 230 Charles Street,Langeloth,
Washington County,Pennsylvania,at the age of fifty-seven (57)
years,leaving to survi!e him,his widow,Katherine Nesbitt,and
the following named children:Walter Nesbitt,age 36,Frank
Nesbitt,age ,Shirley Butya,age 29,Loretta Mae Hall,age
27,Ronald Nesbitt,age 18,Kathleen Nesbitt,age 15,and
Jonathan Nesbitt,age 11.
2.That up until the time of his death,a family
relationship was maintained between the deceased and your
petitioner.
3.That no Letters of Administration have been granted
to Katherine Nesbitt,widow,nor does she intend to apply for
said Letters of Administration.
4.That Frank Nesbitt died seized of certain wages or
vacation pay due from Jones &Laughlin Steel Corporation of
Aliquippa,Pennsylvania,in the amount of $258.31.
5.That your petitioner claims the following personal
property of the decedent as her family exemption under Section
211 of the Fiduciary Act of 1949,to-wit:
Jones &Laughlin Steel Corporation
Wages Due or Vacation Pay $258.31
WHEREFORE,your petitioner prays that said appraise-
ment be confirme~and that said property be set apart to her,.
as aforesaid.
AND she will ever pray.

1968,the foregoing Petition for Family Exemption
presented in open Court,and upon consideration thereof,and
upon motion of George K.Hanna,Attorney for Petitioner,it is
ORDERED,ADJUDGED and DECREED that the wages or vacation pay
due in the amount of $258.31 be awarded to Katherine Nesbitt
as part of her family exemption and that the Jones &Laughlin
Steel Corporation is requested and authorized to make said
payment to Katherine Nesbitt.
