PETITION FOR APPOINTMENT
OF GUARDIAN FOR THE ESTATE OF A MINOR
TO THE HONORABLE,THE PRESIDENT JUDGE OF SAID COURT:

EMUEL HOLLIDAY,SR.,and ELIZABETH HOLLIDAY,his wife,parents
and legal guardians of EMUEL HOLLIDAY,JR.,a minor,by their
attorneys,MOSCHETTA &MOSCHETTA,ESQUIRES,and respectfully
represents as follows:
1.The petitioners,Emuel Holliday,Sr.,and Elizabeth
Holliday,his wife,are adult individuals and husband and Wife,
Centerville,Washington County,
residing at B~~-~~~~~,Pennsylvania.
2.Emuel Holliday,Jr.,a minor child,twenty (20)
years of age,was born on August 6,1947,and'~esides with his
parents and natural guardians,Emuel Holliday,Sr.and Elizabeth
Centefville 6 Washington County,Holliday,at Box-~88~-~r~wn~vrrre,Pennsylvania.
3.The petitioners,Emuel Holliday,Sr.,and Elizabeth
Holliday,his wife,have no interest in this proceeding.
4.The said minor child,Emuel Holliday,Jr.,is
entitled to receive the sum of $4,990.00,which will be paid to
the guardian to be appointed by your Honorable Court in settle-
ment.and compromise of a suit entered against John Micjan,at
No.18,January Term,1968,A.D.,in the Court of Common Pleas of

Washington County,Pennsylvania,on account of injuries received
by Emuel Holliday,Jr.,the minor herein.
5.There is no legal guardian to whom the defendant
in the above entitled action can make payment of the said fund on
behalf of the minor child.
'6.The petitioners propose that your Honorable Court
appoint Pittsburgh National Bank,Washington Office,Washington,
Pennsylvania,as guardian of the estate of Emuel Holliday,Jr.,a
minor.
7.Your petitioners aver that the proposed guardian of
the minor child is neither the executor,administrator nor truste
of any estate in which the said minor has an interest,nor is it
surety for any fiduciary,and it has no adverse interest to that
of th~minor ~hild what~oever.

WHEREFORE,your Petitioners pray your Honorable Court
to appoint t~e'Pittsburgh National Bank,Washington Office,
Washington,Pennsylvania,as guardian of the Estate of Emuel,
