Said real estate being the sole and only real estate in said estate;on which real estate is erected a two-story frame house. 3.Attached hereto and made a part hereof are Affidavi s of Appraisal by two responsible persons,familiar with fair real estate values,and giving the fair market value of said property which is to be sold. 4.The property to be sold constitutes the only asset in the estate of "decedent,there being no personal property. 5.Your petitioner filed bond in the amount of $4,000.00,on grant of Letters,on which the Peerless Insurance Company was the corporate surety. 6.Attached hereto and made a part hereof is a copy of the Articles of Agreement for the sale of said property to Glenn Pollard and Florence Pollard,his wife,for the agreed sale price of $4,000.00.
