TO THE HONORABLE,p.VINCENT MARINO,PRESIDENT JUDGE OF THE SAID COURT: The petition of NOEL C.ALLMAN.Administrator D.B.N.C.T •• of the E~tat~of Hannah E.Carson,also known as Hannah Carson, respectfu~ly'represents: 1.That Hannah E.Carson died testate on March 22, 1953.and was a resident of the Borough of Speers,Washington County,Pennsylvania,at the time of her death. 2.That Noretta Morris and w.E.Balmer were granted Letters Testamentary for the Estate of Hannah E.Carson by the Register of Wills of Washington County,Pennsylvania,on Apri~8,1953.Said proceedings being of re~ord in the Register~s Office of Washington Count~;Pennsylvania.in Will Book 80,at Page 8. 3.That the said Noretta Morris died on June 4~ 1961,and that the said W.E.Balmer died in Ma¥¥1962.That ¥our petitioner,Noel C.Allman,was granted Letters of Administration D.B.N.C.T.A.by the Register of Wills of Washington County, Pennsylvania.on July 2.1962.said proceedings being of record in the Registerts Office of Washington County.Pennsylvania~in Will Book 80.at Page 10. 4.That the said Hannah E.Carson died seized in fee simple title to a parcel of real estate situate in Speers Borough.Was~ington County.Pennsylvania,said real estate being more fully described as follows: ALL those certain lots of gro~nd situate in the Borough of Speers.County of Washington and State of Pennsylvania,known as Lots Nos.215 and 216 in the Maple View Plan of Lots laid out by the Charleroi Home Building Company and recorded in the Re~orde~~s Qffice pf Wa~hington County.afore~ said,in Plan Book.Vol.6,page 204,said lots being more particularly described as followstto-wit: FRONTING a distance of 20 feet each or 40rfeet in all on the west side of Linden Avehue and extending bad<.of even Width"for a distance of 100 feet between lots nos.214 and 211. The above described lots of land are hereby conveyed under and SUbjeCt to the eonditions~ reservations~exceptions,limitations,covenants, re~trictionst agreements and building lines enumerated. mentioned~shown and set forth in theplan and in the deed of dedication of Maple View Plan of Lots laid out by the Charleroi Home BUilding Company. recorded in the Re~order~s Office of Washington County;.Pennsylvania"in Plan Book 6,at Page 204. UPON the above described premises is erec~ed a two....stor yframe dwell ingan~a one"'lstory frame garage. BEING the same premises conveyed to Hannah E. Carson by Fred W.Brady,Sheriff of the County of Washington,Pennsylvania,by deed dated the 6th day of December li235,and recorded in the Regorder'J s Office of Washington County,.Pennsylvania,in Deed Book 604,at Page 204 I 5.That the said Hannah E.Carson~at the time of her death"was seized of numerous other pareels of real estate;,and other mortgages~as set forth in the Inventory and Appraisement as filed in the Register1 s Office of Washington County;,Pennsylvania, and incorporated herein and made a part hereof by reference. 6.That.in regard to the Hannah E.Carson Estate" a substantial number of the parcels of real estate have already been sold;,with the exception of items numbered 45 and 46;,as shown in the Inventory and Appraisement.
