TO THE HONORABLE P.V.MARINO,PRESIDENT JUDGE:
The Petition of Wiley Eugene Haught,Executor of the
Estate of Corrine Haught,Deceased,respectfully represents:
1.That Mary T.Feinberg,a late resident of the City
of Washington,Washington County;Pennsylvania,died on January-.;;~
21,1965,testate.
2.That Letters Testamentary were granted on her estate
to Corrine Haught,as Executrix on February 19,1965,by the
Register of Wills of Washington County,Pennsylvania.
3.That the legatees of said decedent are:

Mary Kay Burkhart
niece
Indian
relics
residue
Washington,Pennsylvania

Wheeling,West Virginia
4.That this estate was advertised on March 4,11,and
18,1965 in both the Washington Reporter and the Washington
County Reports.
5.That no Inventory or any other papers have been file,
in this estate.
6.That Corrine Haught,Executrix of the Estate of Mary
T.Feinberg,Deceased,died,testate on March 9,1967,and Let-
ters Testamentary were granted on her estate to Wiley Eugene
Haught by the Register of Wills,of Washington County,Pennsylvani~,
on March 20,1967.
7.That there has come into the hands of your petitionel,
as Executor of the Estate ·of Corrine Haught,Deceased,certain
monies belonging to the Estate of Mary T.Feinberg,consisting of
cash in a checking account in Pittsburgh National Bank,washingto,
Branch,Washington,Pennsylvania,in the sum of $605.11,and cash
of $3.72,or a total estate of $608.83.
8.That there is mentioned in the Last Will and Testa-
ment of Mary T.Feinberg,a collection of "Indian Relics"be-
queathed to the Citizens Library of Washington,Washington County
Pennsylvania.
9.That inquiry was made of Mrs.Geraldine Dolan,who
resides at 40 North Franklin Street,Washington,Washington
County,Pennsylvania,concerning the whereabouts of the Indian
Relics.
10.That Mrs.Dolan informed your petitioner that she
stored the Relics for Mrs.Haught,and that an appraiser from
Pittsburgh,Pennsylvania,and Mrs.Haught came to her home and
examined the relics.
11.That at this time the appraiser from Pittsburgh
informed them that without a "catalog"of the collection,the
collection was worthless since there was no evidence where any
of the relics were found.
12.Aware of these facts,Mrs.Dolan let a "Mo"
Feinberg (who at that time resided at Cleveland,Ohio,and
whose present whereabouts areunknown)--brother of Mary T.
Feinberg's late husband,take the collection,and he informed
her at that time :that he was going to send part of the collection
to another brother in Canada.

13.That attached hereto and made a part hereof is
Exhibit "A"which indicates the total receipts received in this
estate,the total bills paid to date,and the balance left for
accounting --$608.83.
14.That attached hereto and made a part hereof is
Exhibit "B"which indicates unpaid bills in this estate,totaling J
$2,075.13.
15.That the funeral-bill'due to Hummell Funeral Home
of Washington,Pennsylvania,and which totaled $1,108.00 was
paid as follows:

16.That this Petition for Settlement is made pur-
suant to the provisions of Section 202 of the Fiduciaries Act of
April 18,1949,P.L.512,as amended (20'lP.S.320.202)and
Section 211 of the same Act,as amended (20 P.S.320.211).
WHEREFORE,your petitioner prays your Honorable Court
to either direct distribution of the balance in the account in
accordance with the attached Decree or to appoint an Administra-
tor,d.b.n.c.t.a.of the Estate of Mary T.Feinberg,Deceased.
