by John F.McBurney,widower,to Jesse W.Moninger apd said rae L.Moninger,
his wife,by deed dated April 1,1916,and recorded in said (ounty in Deed
Book 435 page 147,and
Said IJot No.6 Block A (2 above)is th(~same conveyed by
Edward Culbertson,et ux.to said Jesse W.rvIononger and Mae ~.Moninger,his
wife,by deed dated April 2,1919,and recorded in said coun~y in Deed Book
462 page 506.
Subject to the right reserved by.Edwar~Culbertson to opel
and use an alley on the rear of said two lots as reserved an stated in both of
said above recited deeds.
The said Jesse W.Moninger died November 10,1941 leaving
\to survive him as the surviving tenant by the entireties of ~aid two lots of
ground,his l-lidow,the said Mae L.Moninger,now deceased.
