'4.That the decedent,during his lifetime,was seized of the following assets: ·." First.1 direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses be fully paid and satisfied,as soon as conveniently may be,after my decease. Second:I give,devise and bequeath all my Estate,real,personal and mixed, to my wife,Elade Davoli,to be hers absolutely. Third:If my wife,Elade Davoli,predeceases me,then I give all my estate, real,personal and mixed,to my son,David Bernard Davoli,to be his absolutely, provided he has reached the age of twenty-three (23)years. Fourth:If my wife,Elade Davoli,predeceases me and my son,David Bernara. Davoli,has not yet reached the age of twenty-three years,then I give,devise and bequeath my estate,real,personal and mixed,to Adeline Koneffko of Mo.nessen, Pennsylvania,as TRUSTEE,for.the use and benefit of David Bernard Davoli.My said Trustee shall have the right,power and duty to receive,hold and safeguard all property,real,personal and mixed,which the said David Bernard Davoli is entitled to from my estate,and further,shall,in her discretion and judgment pay over for the benefit of David Bernard Davoli any part of the interest or principal !from the said Trust for the health,education and welfare of the said David Bernard Davoli during the duration of this Trust. Fifth:The Trust created in paragraph fourth above shall terminate when the ~="'-;-=-~..,..said David Bernard Davoli reaches the age of 23 years,at which time my said Trustee shall pay over to David Bernard Davoli all interest and principal in the Trust Fund'at that time.
