PETITION UNDER SECTION ~02 OF THE FIDUCIARIES ACT OF 1949 FOR
SETTLEMENT OF SMALL ESTATE
The petition of ROBERT D.PRESTON respectfully represents:
1.That your petitioner is the husband of SARAH PRESTON,
deceased.
2.That the residence of the deceased was 1 Pine Street,
Burgettstown,Washington County,Pennsylvania.
3.That the decedent died MARCH 20,1968,while being a
resident of Burgettstown,Washington County,Pennsylvania.
4.That your petitioner has not applied for Letters of
Administration and does not intend to apply,and no other person
has applied for Letters of Administration to the knowledge of
your petitioner.
S.That the estate of the decedent consists entirely of
personal property and amounts to less than $1500.00,which
consists of,!,a checking account in the amount of NINE HUNDRED
NINETY EIGHT and 48/100 ($998.48)DOLLARS,which said amount is
on deposit with Burgettstown Branch of Mellon National Bank and
Trust Company in Account No.320-7517.
6.That there are no creditors of the estate of the
decedent.

foregoing petition having been presented in Open Court and upon
consideration thereof,and upon motion of JOHN L.BRUNNER,ESQ.,
attorney for the petitioner,it is
ORDERED,ADJUDGED and DECREED
that the entire amount of the estate as set forth in the petition,
consisting of a checking account in the amount of NINE HUNDRED
NINETY EIGHT and 48/100 ($998.48)DOLLARS,which said amount is
on deposit with the Burgettstown Branch of Mellon National Bank
and Trust Company,Pittsburgh,Pennsylvania,in Account No.3S~...751:',
