The petition of Thara Donatelli and Donna Lee Donatelli,minors over
the age of fourteen years,for the appointment of a guardian for their estates,
respectfully represents;

of age and Donna Lee Donatelli was born December 14,1953 and is fourteen
years of age,and live with their mother,Fay I.Donatelli,306 Lincoln Avenue,
Charleroi,Pennsylvania,15022.That their father,Nicholas A.l)onifteH'i-,.-.._i~
deceased.
2.That Fay I.Donate11i,mother of the minors,consents to the
petition,and her joinder is attached hereto.
3.That the said minors have no guardian for their estates and the
appointment of such a guardian is necessary to receive retroactive payments of
¥eterans Administration benefits on behalf of said minors in the sum of
$2000.00 each and that said minors are entitled to continuing Veterans
Administration benefits of $28.00 per month each.
4.That the proposed guardian is the Pittsburgh National Bank,
Washington,Pennsylvania,whose consent is attached hereto.
5.That the Pittsburgh National Bank,proposed guardian,has no
interest adverse to the minors and is not a fiduciary in any estate in which
the minors have an interest.
6.That Thara Donatelli and Donna Lee Donatelli have no real
estate or personalty or income other than mentioned in paragraph 3 hereof.
7.That the Veterans Administration has accepted service of this
petition and joins in the prayer thereof as is evidenced by its Joinder
attached hereto.
WHEREFORE your petitioners pray your Honorable Court to appoint the
Pittsburgh National Bank~as guardian of their estates.

PETITION FOR ALLOWANCES
TO THE HONORABLE,THE JUDGES OF SAID COURT:
The petition of the Pittsburgh National Bank,Washington Office,
Washington,Pennsylvania,respectfully represents:
1.That your petitioner was appointed guardian of the estates of
Thara Donatelli and Donna Lee Donatelli on April 18,1968 by your Honorable
Court and has since carried out the duties of its trust.
2.That on July 2,1968 your petitioner filed an inventory with the
Clerk of the Orphans'Court of Washington County,Pennsylvania showing a total
estate for Donna Lee Donatelli of $2032.66 i and an estate for Thara Donatelli
of $1992.67.That your petitioner has bern receiving pension benefits for the
above minors in varying amounts and is presently receiving $40 per month
pension benefit for Donna Lee Donatelli.That said pension benefits will be
increased in the near future to $56 per month when Thara Donatelli is again
attending school.That said sum of $56 per month will be a joint award on
behalf of Thara Donatelli and Donna Lee Donatelli.The present baiance in the
estate of Thara Donatelli and Donna Lee Donatelli is $1989.67 and $2029.66
respectively.
3.That your petitioner has been informed by the Veterans AdministratioI
that each minor is in need of an allowance of $25 per month for her care and
maintenance.That said minors are presently living with their motha~,
Mrs.Fay I.Donatelli,306 Lincoln Avenue,Charleroi,Pennsylvania,15022.

4.That your petitioner has been informed that Thara Donatelli has
been given an Educational Opportunity Grant of $500,a National Defense loan
of $200 and a College Work Order Employment of $300 per year.These educationa
assistances were obtained through a Financial Aid Award from Cumberland
College,Williamsburg,Kentucky,where Thaia Donatelli is enrolled.
Petitioner has been advised that all board,room and tuition will be paid by
these funds.
5.Petitioner has been advised by the Veterans Administration that
Thara Donatelli is in immediate need of clothing for school in the sum of
$200,that the sum of $100 is necessary for books,and that the sum of $125
is needed for plane fare,bus fare,and miscellaneous expenses incidental to
her enrollment and expenses at Cumberland College.
6.That your petitioner has been informed that an Order of Court should
be obtained for authority to pay the requested allowances on behalf of Donna
Lee Donatelli and Thara Donatelli from their respective estates in its
possession.
WHEREFORE your petitioner prays your Honorable Court to make an order
authorizing it to pay a monthly allowance of $25 to Fay I.Donatelli for the
maintenance of Donna Lee Donatelli,and to pay to Thara Donatelli the sum of
$25 per month for maintenance,and a further allowance to Thara Donatelli of
$425 for clothing,books,plane fare,bus fare,and miscellaneous expenses
incident to her enrollment and attendance at Cumberland College.
And it will ever pray.

ORDER FOR SPECIAL ALLOWANCE

AND NOW this 1.7 ....day of August,1969,the Court
having been informed that Thara Donatelli is twenty (20)years
of age and is presently enrolled as a full-time student at
Cumberland College,Williamsburg,Kentucky;and Donna Lee
Donatelli is fifteen (15)years of age and resides at home with
her mother,Mrs.Fay I.Donatelli,at 306 Lincoln Avenue,Charlero~,
Pennsylvania;and that these children are receiving monthly
allotments from the Veterans Administration in the form of a
pension in the total sum of $56.00 which has been credited to
the respective minors in the sum of $28.00 each per month;and
it further appearing that on August 29,1968 this Court authorized
Pittsburgh National Bank as guardian of the within named to pay
over to Fay I.Donatelli the sum ot $25.00 per month for the
maintenance o£Donna Lee Donatelli and the sum of $25.00 per month
direct to Thara Donatelli;and it now appearing that the Veterans
Administration has suggested that the sum of $250.00 foi trans-
portation,books and clothing be awarded to Thara Donatelli on'
her return to Cumberland College and the sum of $100.00 be

awarded to Fay I.Donatelli for the purchase of clothing for
Donna Lee Donatelli;and it further appearing that there is 'at
present in the guardian account of Thara Donatelli investments
ata cost of $1,400.00 and uninvested cash in the amount of
$276.67;and that there is in the guardian account of Donna Lee
Donatelli investments at a cost of $1,900.00 and uninvested
cash in the amount of $155.66.
NOW THEREFORE,upon motion of Bloom,Bloom,Rosenberg
&Bloom,attorneys for the guardian bank,it is hereby ORDERED,
ADJUDGED and DECREED that Pittsburgh National Bank be,and is
hereby authorized to pay over to Thara Donatelli the sum of
$250.00 to cover her expenses "for transportation,books and
clothing at Cumberland College and to pay to Fay I.Donatelli,
mother of Donna Lee Donatelli,the sum of $100.00 for clothing
for the minor Donna Lee Donatelli.
The monthly allowance for each minor in the sum of
$25.00 shall continue according to Order dated August 29,1968
until further Order of this Court.

On April 19,1968,at No.597 of 1968 in the Orphans'Court of Washing-
ton County,this Bank,through the Veterans Administration,Regional
Office,Pittsburgh,Pennsylvania,was appointed as Guardian of the
Estates of Thara Donatelli and Donna Lee Donatelli,minors.
Thara Donatelli is 20 years of age,having been born on May 30,1949,
and Donna Lee Donatelli is 15 years of age,having been born on
December 14,1953,and make their home with their mother,Fay I.
Donatelli at 306 Lincoln Avenue,Charleroi,Pennsylvania,15022.
Thara Donatelli is attending Cumberland College,Williamsburg,Kentucky,
and Donna Lee Donatelli is living at home.
On August 29,1968,the Orphans'Court handed down an Order authorizing
us to make payment of the sum of $25.00 per month to Fay I.Donatelli
for the maintenance of Donna Lee Donatelli,and the sum of $25.00 per
month direct to Thara Donatelli for her maintenance..
We hand you herewith letter received by us from the Veterans Adminis-
tration suggesting that we petition the Orphans'Court for authority
to pay to Thara Donatelli the sum of $250.00 for transportation,books,
and clothing on her return to Cumberland College;and the sum of $100.00
to Fay I.Donatelli for the purchase of clothing for Donna Lee Donatelli.
We have in the Estate of Thara Donatelii investments at a cost of
$1,400.00 and uninvested cash in the amount of $276.67.We have in the
account of Donna Lee Donatelli investments at a cost of $1,900.00 and
uninvested cash in the amount of $155.66.We also receive the sum of
$56.00 monthly from the Veterans Administration as pension for these

This will confinn telephone conversation with Mrs.Kohler on August
6,1969,during which I advised that Thara Donatelli contacted this
office and requested an allowance of $45 for return transportation
to Cumberland College,Williamsburg,Kentucky,where she is enrolled;
$80 for school books and $125 for clothing,or a total allowance of
$250.The minor will return to school September 5,1969.
She also advised that her sister,Donna,is in need of clothing and
