PETITION FOR FAMILY EXEMPTION TO THE HONORABLE P.V.MARINO,PRESIDENT JUDGE OF THE SAID COURT: o The Petition of ELIZABETH HORVATH respectfully represents: -1- That she is the widow of James Horvathi who died intestate on November 5,1967,a resident of Somerset Township,Washington County, Pennsylvania,leaving to survive him your petitioner,his wife,Elizabeth Horvath,and one son,James William Horvath. ~2- That the decedent and your petitioner were married on July 16, 1918,at Brownsville,Fayette County,Pennsylvania; and your petitioner was a member of the decedent's household at the time of his death. -3- That no letters have been granted on the decedent's estate and the sole asset on his estate is a:,1963 Chevrolet four door sedan valued at Four Hundred and nO/100 ($400.00)Dollars. -4- That your petitioner claims the 1963 Chevrolet four dOPT sedan valued\at.1Four Hundred and nO/100 ($400.00)Dollars as her partial family J exemption under section 211 of the Fiduciary Act of 1949.
