PETITION TO REMOVE PERSONAL'REPRESENTATIVE
AND TO APPOINT A SUBSTITUTE PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE
TO THE HONORABLE,THE JUDGE OF SA ID COURT:
The Petition of Raymond A.Hinerman,Administrator of
the Estate of Clair'C.Elder,deceased,respectfully states:
1.The decedent,Clair C.Elder,died on December 25"
1966.
2.The decedent,Clair C.Elder,died intestate and on
July 5"1~E?7,your petitioner was appointed as administrator of
the said estate by the Register of Wills of Washington County,
Pennsylvania.
3.Your petitioner has not received any funds or
property of the estate.
4.Your petitioner avers that because of changed circu -
stances and for personal reasons his removal as administrator of
the estate would be in the best interest of the estate;and
therefore,your petitioner asks for a summary removal.
5.Your petitione~also asks that this Honorable Court
appoint Roy A.Kiessli~g as a substitute personal representative
for the Estate of Clair C.Elder,deceased.

Letters to Roy A.Kiessling.
