ordered that it be filed}it is found by the Oourt that the propos d
oompromise settlement outlined in tlle said Petition is in the best
interests of the heirs and estate of Oarla Popielarczyk f deceased}
and it is.therefofe ORDERED AND DECREED as follows:•
1.That the,compromise settlement outlined in the
foregoing Petiti~ri is approved and the plaintiff is authorized and

provi sions of the said compromi se settlement.
2.That Carl Popie~arczyk.Administrator of the
Estate of Carla Popielarczyk.is authorized and directed to execut
and deliver to Arthur Beatty upon payment by him of the sum of
$990.38.such release or releases as shall be necessary and proper
to release the cause of action arising under the Survival Act in
favor of the Estate of Carla Popielarczyk.or arising under any
other act or law.

and deliver to Arthur Beatty.upon payment by him of the sum of
$1,759.62,such release or releases as shall be necessary and prop.r
to release the cause of action arising under the Wrongful Death
Act in favor of the Estate of Carl~Popielarczyk.or arising under
any other act or law;
4 •.That the-Prothonotary of Washington,Pennsylvania,
is ordered and directed to enter a jUdgment in the above entitled
case in the amount of $2~750.00.
5.That Carl Popielarczyk.Administrator of the Estate
of Carla Popielarczyk,shall upon payment to him of the sums
mentioned in the foreg:.tl.ng Petition and in this Order by the defendi
ant,execute,in person or by attorney,any necessary and proper
satisfaction of the said judgment,to the end that all causes of
action arising against Arthur Beatty out of the accident described
in the foregoing Petition shall be fOrever satisfied,terminated,
and discharged.
6.That Carl Popielarczyk.Administrator of the Estate
of Carla Popielarczyk.is ordered and directed to account to the
Orphans~Court of Washington County,Pennsylvania,fur the amount
recovered under the provisions of the Survival Act in the manner
provided by law and rule of Court.
