1.That a copy of the Order of the Court in the
case of William V.Harrington.Administrator of the Estate of Debra

1965 A.D.,Court of Common Pleas of Washington County,Pennsylvania

2.That the undersigned has determined that the
said Administrator shall be required to post no additional bond.

1.That the compromise settlement outlined in thel

foregoing Petition is approved and the plaintiff is authorized and
directed to take all steps necessary and proper to carry out the
provisions of the said compromise settlement.

3.That William V.Harrington,Administrator of the
Estate of Debra Ann Harrington,is authorized and directed to
execute and de~iver to Arthur Be~tty,upon payment by him of the
sum of $1,510.80,such release or releases as shall be necessary
and proper to release the cause of action arising under the
Wrongful Death Act in favor of the Estate of Debra Ann Harrington,
or arising under any other act or law.
4.That the Prothonotary of Washington,Pennsylvania,
is ordered and directed toenter a judgment in the above entitled
case in the amount of $2,750.00.
5.That William Vo Harrington,Administrator of the
Estate of Debra Ann Harrington,shall upon payment to him of the
sums mentioned in the foregoing Petition and in this Order by the
defendant,execute,in person or by attorney,any necessary and
proper satisfaction of the said jUdgment,to the end that all
causes of action arising against Arthur Beatty out of the accident
described in the foregoing Petition shall be forever satisfied,
terminated and discharged.
6.That William V.Harrington,Administ~ator of the
Estate of Debra Ann Harrington,is ordered and directed to account

amount recovered under the provisions of the Survival Act in the
manner provided by law and rule of Court~
