PETITION UND.ER SECTION 202 OF THE FIDUCIARIES ACT OF 1949 FOR
SETTLEMENT OF SMALL ESTATE
The petition of JOHN BARISH respectfully represents:
1.That your petitioner is the son of MARTIN SARISH,
deceased.
2.That the residence of the deceased was R.D.No.2,
Burgettstown,SndthTownship,Washington County,Pennsylvania.
3.That the decedent died FEBRUARY 1,1968,whl1e being a
resident ()f Smith Township,Was.hlngton County,Pennsylvania.
4.,,That your petitioner has not applied for Letters of
.,
Administration and does not intend to apply,and no other person
has applied for Letters of Administration to the knowledge of
your petitioner.
S.That the estate of the decedent consists entirely of
personal property which consists of a checking account in the
amount of ONE THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED TWENTY TWO and 32/100
($1522.32)DOLIARS,which said amount is on deposit with Burgetts-
town Branch of Mellon National Bank and Trust Company in Account
No.353-0980.
6.That there are no creditors of the estate of the
decedent.

foregoing petition having been presented in Open Court and upon
consideration thereof,and upon motion of JOHN L.BRUNNER,ESQ.,
attorney for the petitioner,it is
ORDERED,ADJUDGED and DECREED
That the entire amount of the estate as set forth in the petition,
.'l ,consisting of a checking account.in the amount of ONE THOUSAND
FIVE HUNDRED TWENTY TWO and 32/100 ($1.522.32)DOLIARS,which said
amount is on deposit with the Burgettstown Branch of Mellon,
National Bank and,Trust Company,Pittsburgh,Pennsylvania,in
Account No.3.53-0980,to be distributed in the follOWing manner:

IT IS FURTHER ORDE'RE:D,ADJUDGED and DEOREED that thesa,1d
distribution be authorized without the grant of letters of
administration or further notice,and that the Mellon National
Bank and Trust Company is hereby authorized and directed to dis-
