PETITION FOR SETTLEMENT OF SMALL ESTATE
To the Honorable,the President Judge of the said Court:
AND NOW,comes FLORENCE M ..TOMKO and petitions your
Honorable Court;as follows:
1.She is the Executrixof Howard A.Tomko,deceased,as will
appear from Letters Testamentary,which were granted to her by the
Register of Wills of Washington County,Pennsylvania,'on February 5;1968.
2.The said Howard A.Tomko,at the date of his death,on January
11,1968,resided at 6209 Willow'Street,Finleyville,Washington County,
~pennsylvania.
3.The said Howard A.Tomko,died possessed of no assets except
personal property in the amount of $300.00,

4~The said decedent executed a Will,which has been duly pro-
bated in the Office of the Register of Wills of Washington County,Pennsyl-

5;There are liO creditors of the decedent.
WHEREFORE,petitioner.prays your Honorable Court to direct the

within Petition,the same is approved a'nd Florence M.Tomko,Executrix of.,
the Estate of Howard A.Tom~o,deceased,is directed to pay to herself as
the sole devisee of the said decedent the sum,of $300.OOJ being the entire
estate of the decedent.The family exemption being properly allowable ·and
exceeding in amount the total of the estate,no transfer and inheritance tax
is due or payable.
