ESQS.,and respectfully represents and sets forth as follows:
1.Your Petitioner resides at R.D.2,Salem,Ohio,
44460.
2.Valentine Dolence died,a resident of Peters
Township,Washington County,Pennsylvania,on the 2nd day of
July,1967.
3.Your ~etitioner was appointed Administrator of the
..
Estate of William Dolence by the Register of Wi11s of Washington
County,Pennsylvania,on the 31st day of October,1967.
4.The estate of the decedent subject to administra-
tioD by the Orphans'Court of Washington County,Pennsylvania,
consists of United States Savings Bonds having a value.of $426.59.
A true and correct copy of the Inventory filed in the estate is
attached h~ret~,marked Exhibit "A",and made a part hereof.
5.In addition to the bonds referred to in the Inven-
tory the deceased left a number of United States Savings Bonds
which heowned as joint tenants with some of his children and a
number of United States Savings Bonds which he owned but which
were payable on death to some of his children.A copy of the
return made to the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania for inheritance
tax ~urposes,in which the said bonds are described,is attached,
marked Exhibit "B",and made a part hereof.
6.The decedent also owned some real estate in
Florida,which is not subject to jurisdiction of your Honorable
Court.
7.The following debts and expenses are the obligation
of the Estate of Valentine Dolence:

FRANCIS H.PATRONO,ESQ.,it is ordered that it be filed,and
IT IS ORDERED AND DECREED:
That WILLIAM DOLENCE,the Administrator of the Estate
of Valentine Dolence,shall settle the Estate of Valentine
Dolence as a small estate,agreeable to the provisions of the
Eidicuaries Act of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania,without
further notice,as follows:
1.He shall redeem for cash the United States
Savings Bonds which are referred to ~n the copy of the Inventory
of the Estate of Valentine Dolence which is attached to the
foregoing Petition 4
2.He shall pay the proceeds of the sa~d bonds
to himself in partial reimbursement for the debts and expenses
of the Estate of Valentine Dolence which he has paid,
3.He shall cause those who receive the savings
bonds owned by the decedent and others as joint tenants or owned
by the decedent and payable on death to others to pay the
Pennsylvania inheritance tax on the bonds which they received,
subject to such proper deductions as shall be allowed by law,

and shall file receipts therefor of record,
AND,upon the filing of said receipts showing the payment of the
said inheritance tax the said William Dolence shall be discharged
of all further obligations in connection with the administration
of the Estate of Valentine Dolence.
