Petition of Eva L.King respectfully represents:
1.That your Petitioner is the widow of Frank King,
deceased,and resides at 140 East Walnut Street,Washington,
Washington County,Pennsylvania.
2.That the said Frank King died February 5,1968,
int~state,and your Petitioner was appointed Administratrix of
his Estate on April 3,1968.
3.That the advertising of Letters of Administration
in said Estate were comp1et~on April 25,1968,as appears by ~he
Proofs of Publication hereto attached and made a part hereof.
4.That the only assets of the Estate of Frank King,
deceased,is a parcel of real est~te situate in the Third Ward of
the City of Washington,Washington County,Pennsylvania,more
particularly bounded and described as follows:Fronting 30 feet
