mentary writings by me at any time heretofore made.
FIRST:I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses
be paid and discharged as soon as conveniently may be done after my decease.
('SECOND:I give and bequeath any checking account I have in my
name in any bank or banks,to my wife,Angeline Ottena,absolutely and
forever.
THIRD:I give,devise and bequeath all the rest,residue and

remainder of my estate,real,personal and mixed,of whatsoever kind and
nature and wheresoever situate,of which I may die seized or to which I
may in any way be entitled to my beloved wife,Angeline Ottena,for and
during the term of her natural life or so long as she remains my widow
and upon her death or remarriage:
a)I give,devise and bequeath in equal shares to my two sons,
Marcus Ottena and Anthony Ottena,their heirs and assigns,my farm con-
taining ninety ac~es,more or less,situate in West Bethlehem Township,
Washington County,Pennsylvania,which I purchased from Joseph W.Shidler,
et ux.et al.and also the adjoining ten acres,more or less,acquired
by deed from Nick Kalich,together with all the farm equipment located-.~~"
on said two tracts;and also,Lots Nos.21 and 22 in the Gayman Plan
of Lots situate in West Bethlehem Township,Washington County,Pennsylvania,

as my home.
