PETITION UNDER SECTION 541 OF FIDUCIARIES ACT
TO THE HONORABLE P.V.MARINO,
PRESIDENT JUDGE OF SAID COURT:
The Petition of Vio~a Moore respectfully represents.-
that:
1.Petitioner is A~ministratrix of the Estate of

Dora R.Schwab,late of Mt.'·Pleasant Township,Washington
County,Pennsylvania,who>died October 12,1967,intestate.

2.The real estate proposed to be sold is described
in the sale agreement,a copy of which is attached hereto and
made a part hereof and identified as Exhibit "A".Decedent
owned no other real estate at the time of her death.
3.As will appear by reference to the Affidavits of
Value which are attached hereto as Exhibits "B"and "C",the
fair market value of the real estate referred to above is
$3,500.00.
4.Decedent's personal estate consisted of a 1964
Chevrolet sedan automobile having a fair market value of $850.00,
a checking account in the McDonald,Pennsylvania,branch of
Union National Bank of Pittsburgh containing a balance of $19.74
and household goods having a value of $lOO.O~,the total of said
personal estate being $969.74.
5.Letters of Administration upon decedent's estate
were granted to Petitioner by the Register of Wills of Washington
County,Pennsylvania,on April 3,1968,and bond filed in the
amount of $6,400.00 upon which the Ohio Casualty Insurance
Company is surety.

6.As will appear by reference to the Agreement
attached hereto as Exhibit "A",Petitioner has agreed to make
private sale of the real estate of said estate to Latimer Bobich
and Mary Bobich,his wife,of Carnegie,Pennsylvania,for the
price of $3,500.00.
WHEREFORE Petitioner prays your Honorable Court under
the provisions of Section 541 of the Fiduciaries Act of 1949,
as amended,for an Order exc usin-g'or'requiring additional
security as a condition of the payment to y~ur Petition of the
proceeds of the sale of said real estate.

6.Time is of the essence of this Agreement.
7.The real property which is the subject of this Agreement is described as follows:ALL that certain
parcel of land situate in Mount Pleasant Township,Washington County,
Pennsylvania,bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING in the center of a public road,corner to land now or
formerly of J.H.Loffert;thence along said land,South 85°30'East
563.28 feet to land now or formerly of Frank Zarnick;thence along said
Zarnick land,South 9°28'West 53.56 feet;thence by line of land now or
formerly of H.G.Raab et ux.,South 75°06',West 414.82 feet to a pin and
thence by the same,North 85°30'West 200 feet to a point in the center
of said pUblic road;thence along the center of said pUblic road,North
14°06'East 193.18 feet to a point,the place of BEGINNING.
Containing 2 acres per survey of Philip Douthitt,Registered
Engineer,dated August 20,1945.
Under and SUbject to such exceptions,reservations,easements,
rights-of-way,etc.as are set forth or referred to in the deed hereinafter
recited.
Being the same parcel of ground which was conveyed to James W.
Schwab and Dora R.Schwab,his Wife,by deed of Henry G.Raab and Mary L.
Raab,his wife,dated October 2,1945,of record in the Recorder's Office
of Washington County,Pennsylvania,in Deed Book 701 at page 17.The said
James W.Schwab died on January 25,1964,and the said Dora R.Schwa~,
surviving tenant by the entireties,died seized thereof on April 12,1967,
intestate and Letters of Administration upon her estate were granted by
the Register of Wills of Washington County,Pennsylvania,to the grantor
herein on April 3,1968.This sale is made by virtue of and subject to
the provisions of Section 541 of the Fiduciaries Act of 1949,as amen~ec,
