of full age,parties of the first part,

\VHEREAS,William R.Hanna,late of the City of f\1onon-
gahela,\vashington County,Pennsylvania,died on or about the
twenty-ninth (29th)day of March,1968,testate,seized and
possessed of certain personal property,and
WHEREAS,the said William R.Hanna by will dated the
second (2nd)day of October,1962,and of record in the Office

"The entire plant,excluding,however,the real estate
therefrom,which is devised otherwise by this my Last Will and
Testament,but all other property,business,franchise and good

consideration of the sum of One ($1.00)Dollar in hand paid by
the said Minnetta L.Hanna,the receipt whereof is hereby ac-
knowledged,and for the further consideration of the mutual
love and affection as children of the party of the second part,
do hereby assign,transfer and set over to the said Minnetta L.
Hanna all our right,title,interest,property,claim and demand
of every kind and nature in said estate,and specifically the
interest set forthrin Paragraph "Second"thereof,and we do
hereby authorize the Executrix as Executrix of said estate,to
pay over to the said Minnetta L.Hanna,all money or property of
every kind and description that may be due them as legatees of
the Last Will and Testament of William R.Hanna,deceased.
