direction,at a uniform width of seventy (70)feet for a distance of
one hundred twenty (120)feet,to Gum Alley,~Having erected thereon a
two story frame house.
BE ING the same property \"h i ch was con vexed to Anna Cwynarsky and Pete
Cwynarsky,her husband,by Deed ofM~ry Collins and John Collins,_her
husband,dated April 7,1928 and which said Deed is of record in the
Recorder's Office of Washington County,Pennsylvania in Deed Book Volume
552,page 535.The said Anna Cwynar sky died intestate on Mar~h 15,1964
whereupon her interest in the above-described property vested in Pete
Cwynarsky,the surviving tenant by the entirety,the deceased in the
within estte proceeding.
