Whereas Mellon National Bank and Trust Company,Guardian of
the Estate of Thomas M.Schary,an incompetent,has filed a First
And Final Account and a statement of Rec~ipts and Disbursements since
the audit of that account in the above estate,a copy of which is

attached hereto as Exhibit "A II;
Whereas the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania~Department of
Revenue has filed its claim against the above e"state in the amount
of $4~724.60~which claim is evidenced by the probate of account
attached hereto as Exhibit "B'l ;
Whereas Washington County has filed its claim in excess of
$10"000.00 against t!J.e above estate for past care and maintenance
at the county f~hOm:.e)facility for the above incompetent and for future
care and maintenance at the same facility.
NOW THEREFORE"it is stipulated by and between the Common-
wealth of Pennsylvania"Department of Revenue"and the County of
Washington as follows:
1.In order to settle and compromise its claim in the above
estate the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania"Department of Revenue agree
to accept the sum of $2"500.00 in final payment and satisfaction of
its claim in the above estate.
2.The County of Washington agrees to accept as final:.
payment and satisfaction of its claim for the care and maintenance
of Thomas M.Schary to date"the balance for distribution in the
above estate.
3.The County of Washington further agrees to set aside
from the funds distributed to it from the above estate the sum of
$500.00 as a burial reserve fo~Thomas M,.Schary.

Set forth accountants suggestion as to manner and form of distribution to be made,awards to be stated in pro-
portions unless specific amounts or items are designated by instrument under which estate is being distributed:
The Odd Fellows Home for the Aged and Infi;rm of Pennsylvania has agreed to
maintain and support the incompetent provided that a sum of $600 is placed as
a reserve for funeral expenses and further,that the monthly income presently
received by him is forwarded to said Odd Fellows Home for the Aged and Infirm
at Grove City,Pennsylvania.The present monthly income received from the
Railroad Retirement Board is $89.35..
We suggest distribution of the entire balances by the following manner:
Funeral reserve of $600 to bee!ther paid to the Odd Fellows Home for the Aged
and Infirm of Pennsylvania or placed in a burial trust fu~d with the remaining
balances to be prorated among the outstanding creditor IS claims.It is further
requested that the present guardian be discharged and that future monthly income
derived from U.S.Railroad Retirement fund be paid direct to the Odd Fellows
Home for the Aged and InU'rm of Pennsylvan~a.'
