SECOND:I hereby bequeath and devise all my property,both real and personal,to Florence Riggle as Trustee to hold the .said real and personal property in trust for the benefit of my two sons,Bert Folkens and Fred Folkens.,under the following terms and conditions: (a)It is my expressed desire that my two sons,Bert Folkens and Fred Folkens reside on the farm I now own during the period of their natural .... lives or until such time as their physical condition would not permit them to live on the said farm. (b)The trustee shall see that my two sons.Bert Folkens and Fred Folkens,have adequate provisions such as food,clothing and mainten- ance while they are living on ·the farm. (c)The trustee,if she ,so desires,is hereby empowered to either personally move onto said farm and into the mansion house on the farm, herself,or to provide a suitable tenant for said farm.however.it is my expressed desire that the tenant whoever he or she may be shall be complete ly acquainted with all matters pertaining to the physical condition of my two sons,Bert Folkens and Fred Folkens,.and that they.prior to occupancy of the premises,agree to properly and adequately care for my two sons,Bert i.', I· ." ..
