I,DONNA C.SMITH,Individual,having advanced the sum of
Two Thousand Five Hundred Thirty-Two and 76/100 ($2,532.76)Dollars
to the said Estate for the purpose of facilitating the administrati n
of same,do hereby request of Donna C.Smith,Executrix of the
Estate of Lena G.Liggett that the advancement made be considered
a contribution to said Estate and request that when final
distribution of the proceeds of the Estate is made,after all
costs and fees have been paid,that distribution be in accordance
with the Will of Lena G.Liggett,deceased.
I hereby express my intent to be legally bound by this
request and release in accordance with the Act of Assembly in
such cases made and provided,alid I further direct that no execu-
trix fee be paid to me from this estate.

from said estate an advance of Five Thousand and no/IOO ($5,000.00)
Dollars,payable to the Estate of Paul R.Liggett,deceased.
I do hereby agree to refund and return to the estate pro-rata
any portion of the said property received by the Estate of Paul
R.Liggett upon demand should the same be necessary in the future
