TERMINATION OF GUARDIANSHIP
AND NOW,this -Jl.fh day of September,1976,comes
ROSEMARIE C.RIGGANS,Guardian of the estate of Jerome M.Shaner,
a minor,by her Attorneys,PATRONO,CEISLER,EDWARDS AND PETTIT,
and prays your Honorable Court as follows~
1.Your petitioner,Rosemarie C.Riggans,was
appointed Guardian of the estate of the said minor by your Honor-
able Court by Order dated February 29,1968.
2.Your petitioner as Guardian of the estate of the
said minor received the proceeds of a certain insurance policy
in the amount of $488.33.
3.Your petitioner deposited the said amount in
Savings Account No.2084359 in Pittsburgh National Bank,Wash-
ington,Pennsylvania,office.
4.There have been no withdrawals from the savings
account.
5.The present balance in the savings account,with
interest accrued to June 30,1976,is $706.07.
6.Jerome M.Shaner was born on April II,1958,and

is now eighteen years of age.
7.The said Jerome M.Shaner consents to and joins
in the prayer of this petition,as evidenced by the Consent
attached hereto and made a part hereof.
WHEREFORE,your petitioner,Rosemarie C.Riggans,Guardian
of the estate of Jerome M.Shaner,a minor,prays your Honorable
Court to terminate her guardianship of the said estate and to
authorize her to withdraw the said balance of the said savings
account and to pay the said sum to Jerome M.Shaner.

WHEREFORE,your petitioner,Rosemarie C.Riggans,Guardian of
the Estate of Lorraine M.Shaner,a minor,prays your Honorable
Court to terminate her guardianship of the said estate and to
aughorize her to withdraw the said balance of the said savings
account and to pay the said sum to Lorraine M.Shaner.
