Estate of LOUIS ANTOINE TESTAS,
a/Kia LOUIS TESTAS,Deceased
PETITION FOR FAMILY EXEMPTION IN CASH
TO THE HONORABLE JUDGES OF SAID COURT:
The Petition of Marguerite Testas Gemme~ll respectfully repre-
sents:
1.That your Petitioner is a daughter of Louis Antoine
Testas,a/Kia Louis Testas,who died on June 13,1966,a resident
of Washington County.
2.That your Petitioner resides at Box 141,Beallsville,
Washington County,Pennsylvania.
3.That the decedent,Louis Antoine Testas,a/Kia Louis
Testas,had been a member of the household with your Petitioner
from 1947 until the date of his death above stated.
4.That the decedent died testate and the Will was duly
probated in the Office of the Register of Wills of Washington
County,Pennsylvania.
5.That Letters Testamentary were granted to Leon Louis
Testas by the Register of Wills of Washington County.
6.That the said Executor filed an Inventory and
Appraisement of said estate which indicated that Seventeen Thou-
sand,Three Hundred Thirty Dollars and Forty-two Cents ($17,330.4 )
is available in cash monies as part of the said estate.A copy 0
said Inventory is attached hereto.
7.That your Petitioner claims One Thousand and no/lOO
Dollars ($1,000.00)in cash,now in the hands of the Executor,as

her family exemption under Act 211 of the Fiduciaries Act of 1949,
as ame:nded_
WHEREFORE,your Petitioner prays that said sum of One
Thousand and no/lOa Dollars ($1,000_00)be set apart to her as
aforesaid.
