FIRST:I give,devise and bequeath unto my wife,Sophie Zunich,my home,
designated as 513 Allen Avenue,Donora,Washington County,Pennsylvania,
for and during the term of her natural life and upon the death of my wife,I
give,devisC'and bequeath said real estate to my children,John J.Zunich,Jr.
and Mary Ann Troup,share and sha re alike.

All that certain parcel of land situate in the Borough of Donora,
Washington County,Pa.,and described as follows:
Lot No.2 in Block No.31 of the Union'Improvement
Company's Plan of said Borough,said lot lying between
Fifth and Sixth Streets;fronting on Allen Avenue 40 feet;
and running back 150 feet.Upon which is erected a two-story
frame dwelling and garage.
Excepting and reserving,however,all the natural gas
and oil underlying said land,but no wells shall be drilled on
the same for either.
BEING the same property as was conveyed to John Zunich
and Helen Zunich,his wife,by Livia Izzo,et con.,et al.,by
deed dated May 3,1938 and recorded in D.B.Volume 621,page
461,records of Washington County,Pa.The said Helen Zunich
predeceased John Zunich and title vested in said John Zunich
