IN THE ORPHANS I COUR T OF WASHINGTON COUNTY,PENNSYLVANIA RE:ESTATE OF METRO Y.COLA, DECEASED No.of PETITION FOR DISTRIBUTION OF AN ESTATE UNDER $2500.00 The Petition of Irene L.Cola,wife and Administratrix of the Estate of Metro Y.Cola,respectfully represents: 1.That your petitioner is the wife and Administratrix of the Estate of Metro Y.Cola,who died intestate on March 30,1965,a resident of Elrama, Washington County,Pennsylvania. 2.That at the time of the decedent's death,he had an estate consistin of only personal property consisting of Twenty-five (25)shares of the Pennsylvania Railroad Company Common Stock valued at $1170.25. 3.Letters of Administration were is sued to your petitioner by the Register of Wills of Washington County,Pennsylvania on November 18,1965. 4.That the decedent,Metro Y.Cola,was married to the Petitioner herein and at the time of his death was survived by his next of kin by the following persons:Irene L.Cola,your petitioner and wife;Patricia Ann Curtis ~daughter,25 years old;Robert John Cola,25 years old;Thomas Michael Cola,14 years old;Louise Ann Cola,10 years old;and Jackqueline Irene Cola,6 years old,all of the persons entitled to the decedent's estate under the Laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. 5.There are no unpaid expenses or debts due by the decedent. 6.Your petitioner,on behalf of the decedent's estate,has paid the following expenses from her own personal funds: Administrative Expenses November 18,1965 Register of Wills -Letters (Jf Administration and 3 short certificates $13.00 ·'...
