Will is clear.Carrie S.Templeton holds the unentered note of J.J.Selway,
deceased,dated August 25,1965,in the amount of $1003.6l,for money advanced
for him.She desires no interest.She also adv~nced.$2630.36 to pay debts of
decedent and costs of administration.She will pay the audit costs and balance
of inheritance tax also.It is the desire of the two executors and all the
legatees and devisees that the total of these sums be placed as a charge on
the~eal e~tate until paid.When this .is done t Carr~e S.Templeton will destroy
the note.It is the desire of all four devisees that the real estate be awarded

FIRST:I direct that all my just debts and funeral•
expenses be paid as soon as convenient ntter my death.
SECOND:All the rest and residue ot my estate real,

to my tour (4)children,in the following proportions:
1/3 ot my residuary estate to Carrie S.Templeton,my
daughter.
1/3 of my residuary estate to Ruth S.Nichol,my daughter.
1/6 ot my residuary estate to Edward B.Selway,my son.
1/6 ot my residuary estQte to Robert B.Selway,my son.
AND LASTLY,I hereby nominate,constitute and appoint my son
Edward B.Selway and my daughter,Carrie S.Templeton,Executors of
