late of Independence Township in the County aforesaid,deceased,
(a true copy whereof is to these presents annelfed),"was duly admitted to probate;and

the Executor III said \Vill and Testament named,having appeared before me and taken and subscribed
the oath of office prescribed by law;
NOW,THEREFO"RE,I,Josephine M.Douglas ,Register as aforesaid,do
grant these LETTERS TESTAMENTARY,unto the said
Josephine Seback
committing unto her the administration of all and"singular the goods and
chattels,rights and credits,which were of said deceased,and requiring her
to exhibit a true and perfect inventory thereof into the Register's Office,at Wa!shingtol'l,within ninety
days from the date hereof,and to render a just and true account of s'aid administration at the expiration
of six months from the date hereof,and to regard and comply with the provisions of the laws of this
Commonwealth relating to inheritance taxes.

do hereby make and publish this my last Will and Testament,hereby
revoking all wills by me at any time heretofore made.

FIRST:I direct my Executrix hereihafter named'to pay all,...
of my just debts and funeral expenses as soon af~er my decease as may
be convenient for her to do,and it -is my request that I be buried
in the West Alexander Cemetery beside my deceased wife.,
SECOND:I will,devise and bequeath to my adopted son,
Harold L.Narigon,the sum of One Hundred Dollars ($100.00).
THIRD:I will,devise and bequeat'h to my grand-children
Living at the time of my death,in equal shares,my farm situate in
Independence Township,Washington County,Pennsylvania,containing
66 acres,more or less,their heirs and assigns forever.
FOURTH:I will,devise and bequeath to my daughter-in-law',
Ila Narigon,the sum of Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00).
FIFTH:I will,devise and bequeath all the rest,residue
and remainder of my estate,both real,personal and mixed,to my
brother,C.E.Narigon,of Indep~ndence Township,.for and during the
te~m of his natural life,with the power to consume such part of the
principal as may be necessary to sUPlJort and maintain him so long

as he shall live.At his death,I direct that all the rest and re-

mainderof my estate be distributed to and among my grand children
who may survive my brother,C.E.Narigon,share and share alike.
LASTLY:I nominate,constitute and appoint Josephine
,seback,of Independence Township,Washington County,Pennsylvania,
Executrix of this my last Will and Testament,and I hereby request
her to employ Harry F.Moore,Esquire,of Washington,Pennsylvania,
to advise her in.the settlement of my estate.
