and described as follows:BEGINNING at a point in line of land
of R.C.McConneLl at the northeastern edge of the concrete
paving of U.S.Highway Route No.19;thence by line of land of
R.C.McConnell,North 63 degrees 14 minutes East 215.53 feet to
the southwestern line of land now or formerly of Pittsburgh,
Chartiers &Youghiogheny Railway Company;thence by the south-
western line of land now or formerly of said Railway in a south-
easterly direction by a curve to the left having a radius of
1472.69 feet a distance of 136 feet,more or less,to a point;
