A.of the above entitled estate respectfully represents:
1.James Mannella,late of Gastonville,Union Township,
Washington County,Pennsylvania,died testate on January 18,1969,
and Letters of Administration C.T.A.were issued to your
Petitioner by the Register of Wills of Washington County,Pennsy1-
vania on March 21,1968.
2.Your Petitioner is prepared to file an Inventory in
the above estate~A copy of the inventory is attached to this
petition showing the value of the real estate at Six Thousand
($6,000.00)Dollars.
3.That your Petitioner has posted bond in the amount
of $100.00 in the Register of Wills of Washington County,Pennsyl-
vania.
4.That your Petitioner desires to sell the real estate
inventoried in this estate to Edward E.Forsythe and Nancy Forsyth ,
his wife,for the sum of Six Thousand ($6,000.00)Dollars.A
copy of the proposed Deed is attached to this Petition.

21st day of April,1967 leaving as her sole heir her husband,James
