Petition of Joseph Montequin,Administrator,respectfully
represents:
1.That your petitioner,Joseph Montequin,is the Admin-
istrator of the above captioned estate.
2.That Adjudication and Decree and Schedule of Distribu-
tion was made by your Honorable Court at the above number on August 6,
1969.
3.That there was included real estate to be certified to
the Recorder of Deeds of Washington County~said real estate being
described as follows:
ALL those certain lots of ground situate in Smith
Township~Washington County~Pennsylvania,known
and designated as Lots No.117~118~119 and 120
in Plan #1,laid out by the Langeloth Townsite Com-
pany and of record in the Recorder's Office of said
county in Plan Book 4,page 202.Said lots each
fronting 25 feet on the Westerly side of Main Street
and extending back therefrom of uniform width 85
feet to a 15 foot alley running parallel with Main
Street.
4.That by mistake the interest of Rachel Cregut,grantee
by intestacy was set forth as an undivided 1/5 interest,whereas her
interest should have ·been shown as an undivided 1/15 interest.
5.The aforesaid error was incorporated in certification
of real estate to the Recorder and said certification was recorded on
September 10..1969.in Deed Book 1305,page 277.
WHEREFORE,your Petitioner respectfully prays your
Honorable Court to make a decree correcting said error,directing the
Clerk of the Orphans'Court Division to certify the decree to the Recor:de
of Deeds and directing the Recorder to note the correction at the original
place of record.
