PETITION CONCERNING THE SETTLEMENT OF
AN ESTATE OF AN AMOUNT lESS THAN
$2500.00 UNDER SECTION 202 OF THE
FIDUCIARIES ACT OF 1949.
TO THE HONORABlE P.V.MARINO,PRESIDENT JUDGE OF SAID COURT:
The petition of Ollie J.Fortney respectfully represents:
1.Your petitioner,Ollie J.Fortney,is a resident of
Washington,Washington County,Pennsylvania,and the wife of Lloyd
Fortney who died May 3,1963.The family relationship was main-
tained prior to death.
2.Decedent left as his sole heirs at law his wife,
your petitioner,and a daughter,Rachel Ware.
3.Decedent owned at the time of his death one hundred
(100)shares Wright-Hargreaves Mines,Limited,capital stock worth
Sixty-Two and 50/100 ($62.50)Dollars.
4.Decedent had no debts and the funeral bill in excess
of One Thousand and No/lOO ($1,000.00)Dollars has been paid by
your petitioner.
WHEREFORE,petitioner requests your Honorable Court to
award said stock to petitioner,making said award as reimbursement
for a portion of the funeral bill which petitioner has paid.

it is hereby ORDERED
AND DECREED that 100 shares Wright-Hargreaves Mines,Limited,
capital stock registered in the name of Lloyd Fortney shall be
and is hereby awarded to Ollie J.Fortney under Section 202 of
the Fiduciaries Act of 1949 as reimbursement for a portion of
decedent's funeral bill.Any transfer agent is authorized to
accept this Order as authority to transfer said Wright-Hargreaves
Mines,Limited stock represented by Certificate No.B128730.
