Long, who died February 21st, 1968. 2. That your petitioner, acting as Attorney for Austin Long, prepared the Application for Letters, on March 21st, 1968 advised Mr. Long of his duties as Executor and forwarded a Short Certificate, and on March 26th, 1968 consulted with Mr. Long relative to the estate. 3. That Austin Long has not consulted with your petitioner since that date, either in person or by telephone, and has failed to answer your petitioner's letters of April 2nd, 1969, April 18th, 1969 and June 2nd, 1969 relative to the insistence of Jerome Hahn that action be taken in the estate. 4. That my letter of June 2nd, 1969, copy of which is attached hereto, ad- vised Austin Long that I would ask the Court for permission to withdraw as counsel and, under date of August 22nd, 1969, Jerome Hahn advised me that he intended to pe- tition the Court to compel Austin Long to file an Account or be discharged as Execu- tor of the estate. 5. That Austin Long has not cooperated with your petitioner or made any at- tempt to act. as Executor of the estate within the past year. On Petition of your instant Petitioner for Citation against said Executor, your Honorable Court by Court Order dated November 26, 1969 removed said Executor from office, vacated the letters issued to him and ordered him to file an account within 30 days after personal service of said Order on him, by the Sherif , and further to deliver to his successor, all property, papers and monies belonging" to said Estate, which Court Order was served on said Austin Long on December 16, 1969. 3.
