PETITION FOR SETTLEMENT
of 1968, ~.
OF ESTATE UNDER SECTION 202 OF FIDUCIARIES ACT
TO THE HONORABLE P. VINCENT MARINO, PRESIDENT JUDGE:
The petition of Dorothy Smith of 405 Orchard Street,
McDonald, Pennsylvania, respectfully represents:
l. The decedent, Louisa Mercier, a/k/a Louise Mercier,
died on November 15, 1967, at which time she resided in the Borough
of McDonald, Washington County, Pennsylvania.
2. Your petitioner is the daughter of the deceased and
the family relationship was maintained at the time of her death.
3. Decedent died testate, a copy of her Last Will and
TestameFD.t being hereto attached; however, there has been no appli-
cation for the grant of Letters Testamentary in this estate.
4. The decedent is survived by your petitioner and
Louis Mercier, a son, of McDonald, Pennsylvania, and John Mercier, a
son, of Cuddy, Pennsylvania.
5. The property of which the decedent died seized was the
proceeds of the settlement of a case styled nLouise Mercier, Plaintiff,
vs. West·~Penn Water Company, et al., defendants, at No. 120 November
Term, 1961, A. D.,n which are in the custody of Zeman and Zeman,
Attorneys, in the amount of $500.00.

6. All of the debts and obligations of the estate have
been paid.
?. This petition is presented pursuant to provisions of
Section 202 of the Fiduciaries Act of 1949 P. L. 512.
WHEREFORE, your petitioner prays your Honorable Court to
enter a Decree of Distribution directing distribution of the entire
assets of the said estate to your petitioner without further notice
or hearing.

DECREE OF DISTRIBUTION
AND NOW, this /3 ~ay of h ~1968, the
foregoing Petition for Settlement of an Estate Under Section 202
of the Fiduciaries Act having been presented in open Court, upon
consideration thereof and upon motion by Zeman and Zeman, Attorneys
for the petitioner, it is adjudged and decreed that the assets as
described in Paragraph 5 of the within Petition be and the same
are hereby distributed and transferred without grant of Letters
Testamentary to Dorothy Smith, daughter of the decedent; and said
distribution shall in all respects have the same effect as a
decree of distribution, after an accounting by a personal representa-
tive.
