IN RE: SALE OF REAL' ESTATE UNDER .
PROVISIONS OF SECTION 541 OF THE FIDUCIARIES ACT
TO THE HONORABLE, THE PRESIDENT JUDGE OF SAID COURT:
The Petition of Peter Shulin respectfully represents:
1. That Anthony 3holinsky, late of Canton Township,
washington County, Pennsylvania, died on the 27th day of September.,
1967, Intestate, and Letters of Administration were granted on hiJ
estate to your petitioner by the ".Regis~er .of Wills of Washington
County, Pennsylvania, on October 9, 1967.
2. That the·sa1d Peter Shulin qualified as Administ?at r
of said ostato by filing his Surety· Bond· in the sum of $4,000.00
with the United States Fidelity and Guaranty Company.
3. That· the following is a full description of the !'tla
estate which was sold at Public Auction on Sat~day, Febttuary 24,
1968, to Robert E. Hummell for the sum or price of $2,000.00&
ALL that certain lot of ground situate in
Canton Township, Washington County, Pennsylvania,
being lmown as Lot No. 120 in the s·cottdale Plan,
which said lot fronts 30 teet on Scott Avenue
and runs back of even width a distance of 140
teet to SecondlA11ey. Upon which is erected a
5 room. and bath dwelling and is known as 178
Scott Avenue.
The above described real estate is the only real
estate ownod by the decedent at the time of his death. . I
4. That an Illventory was filed on the .f/_ day or March;,

1968, showing the total value of the decedent's property as $3,181'.5!1. ·.~ .i 1 f the value of the premises proposed to be sold being included in the

sum of $2,ooo.oo.
5. That said public sa1e was held after due advertise-
ment in the WashingtOB Observer-Reporter and was sold by public
outcry tor the sum of $2,ooo.oo, this being the highest price bid
at the time of the s:ale.
WHErEFORE-, ;your Petitioner pra;rs your Honorable Court
under Section 541 of the Fiduciaries Act of 1949, its amendments
and supplements, to make an Order directing him to enter addition 1
security in such an amount as the Court may set forth.
