PETITION FOR FAMILY EXEMPTION
TO THE HONORABLE, JUDGE OF SAID COURT:
The Petition of Florence M. Stewart respectfully
represents:
1. That your petitioner is the widow of Carson L.
Stewart, Jr., who died on January 21, 1968, at Washington,
Washington County, Pennsylvania, a resident of 145 Baird Avenue,
Washington, Washington County, Pennsylvania, at the age of
thirty-one (31) years, leaving to survive him his widow, Florence
M. Stewart, and two children, Rickey Allan Stewart, age 10, and
Michael Allen Stewart, age 9.
2. That no Letters of Administration have been granted
to Florence M. Stewart, widow, nor does she intend to apply for
said Letters of Administration.
3. That Carson L. Stewart, Jr., died seized of an
account with Jessop Employee's Federal Credit Union, Washington,
Pennsylvania, in the amount of Eight Hundred Forty-nine and
04/100 ($849.04) Dollars.
4. That your petitioner claims the following personal
property of the decedent as her family exemption under Section
211 of the Fiduciary Act of 1949, to-wit:
Jessop Employees' Federal Credit
Union Account $ 849.04

WHEREFORE, your petitioner prays that said appraisement--__
be confirmed and that said property be set apart to her as afore-
said.
AND she will ever pray.

1968, the foregoing Petition for Family Exemption having been
presented to open Court, and upon consideration thereof, and
upon motion of JOHN SOLOMON, Attorney for Petitioner, it is
hereby ORDERED, ADJUDGED and DECREED that the account with
Jessop Employees' Federal Credit Union, Washington, Pennsylvania,
in the amount of Eight Hundred Forty-nine and 04/100 ($849.04)
Dollars, be awarded to Florence M. Stewart, petitioner, as part
