PETITION FOR FAMILY EXEMPTION
TO THE HONORABLE, JUDGE OF SAID COURT:
The Petition of Frank T. Null, by his attorn~y, John
Solomon, respectfully represents:
1. That your petitioner is the widower of Mary Null,
who died on December 27, 1967, at Washington, Washington County,
Pennsylvania, a resident of R. D. #1, Washington, Washington
County, Pennsylvania, at the age of fifty-two (52) years,
leaving to survive her, her widower, Frank T. Null, and the
following named children: Robert, age 29, Helen, age 27, John,
age 25, Clarence, age 20, and Rachel, age 10.
2. That no Letters of Administration have been granted
to Frank T. Null, widower, nor does he intend to apply for said
Letters of Administration.
3. That Mary Null died seized of a Mellon National Bank
& Trust Company Death Claim Rebate Check, Check No. 015950, in
the amount of $181.34, and a 1965 Chevrolet Station Wagon Motor
Vehicle, manufacturer's number 153355Yl62370, title number
Cl6974104.
4. That the value of said motor vehicle and the
equity of the decedent in said motor vehicle at the time of her
death is $800.00.
5. That your petitioner claims the following personal
property of the decedent as his family exemption under Section
211 of the Fiduciary Act of 1949, to-wit:
Mellon National Bank & Trust Company

1965 Chevrolet Station Wagon Motor
Vehicle
$ 181.34
800.00
WHEREFORE, your petitioner prays that said appraisement
be confirmed and that said property be set apart to him as
aforesaid.

DECREE OF DISTRIBUTION
AND NOW, to wit, this J/t/ day of
1968, the foregoing Petition for Family Exemption having been
presented in open Court, and upon consideration thereof, and
upon motion of John Solomon, Attorney for Petitioner, it is
ORDERED, ADJUDGED and DECREED that the Mellon National Bank
Death Claim Rebate Check, Check No. 015950, in the amount of
$181.34, and the 1965 Chevrolet Station Wagon Motor Vehicle,
Manufacturer's Number 153355Yl62370, title number Cl6974104,
be awarded to Frank T. Null, petitioner, as part of his family
exemption and that the Department of Revenue, Bureau of Motor
Vehicles, Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, is requested and authorized
to register this motor vehicle in the name of any person designa ed
by Frank T. Null, petitioner, upon the payment of the proper
registration fee.
