NOTICE OF ELECTION TO
TAKE AGAINST THE WILL
TO: ARTHUR BALIEU, Executor of the Last Will and Testament of
the Decedent.
TO: The Register of Wills and Clerk of the Orphans' Court of
Washington County.
TO: ARTHUR BALIEU, FREDA BALIEU and YVONNE RENALDI and all other
devisees, legatees,beneficiaries and creditors of the above
estate.
You will please take Notice that I, Augusta Balieu,
widow of the said Emile Ferdinand Balieu, deceased, ciio hereby
elect to take against the Will of said decedent, dated January 7,
1967 and ag~inst all conveyances inter vivos made by the deced~nt
which may be treated by me as testamentary dispositions so far as
I am concerned under Section 11 of the Estates Act of 1947, as
amended, and in lieu thereof to take and receive the sh~re of the
decedent's estate to which I am entitled by my election as provide
in Section 8 of the Wills Act of 1947, as amended, and request
you~ to record and file this Notice in accordance with the Act
of Assemby in such case made and provided.

the subscriber, a Notary Public, in and for the commonwealth of
Pennsylvania, personally appeared the abovemmed Augusta Balieu,
widow of Emile Ferdinand Balieu, deceased, and in due form of
law acknowledges the said Notice of her election to be her act
and deed for the purposes therein mentioned and desire that the
same might be recorded as such.
WITNESS my hand and Notarial seal the day and year
aforesaid.
