DILL~ of Union Township, County of Washington and State of Pennsylvania, being of sound mind my Last Will and Testament, in manner and form following, hereby revoking any w·ill or wills heretofore made by me. 1. I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses be fully p~id and satisfied, as soon as conveniently may be.t. after my decease. 2. I give unto my daughters~ BETTY J. {DILL) CAMPBELL and LOIS ANN IRWIN such of my I>ersonal effects as they may choose; I direct that my Executrix sell any personal effects which they do not choose and that the cash be distributed as part of rhy residuary estate. Any personal effects which are neither salable nor wanted by my daughters, I direct that the Executrix give to the poor or to a charitable institution such as the Salvation Army or Good Will, the Executrix to have complete discretion in this matter. 3. I direct that my lot in Union Township together with the house-trailer thereon and all household itema in said trailer, be sold as soon after my death as possible and that the net proceeds of said sale be divided between my daughters, BETTY J. {DILL) CAMPBELL and LOIS ANN IRWIN, in equal shares. (DILL) CAMPBELL and LOIS AN~ IRWIN, in equal shares. 5. I own a lot in the Borough of Finleyville, on which there is erected a service station owned and operated by Vickers as Lessee. I authorize, empower and direct my ExecutriX to sell said lot as soon after my decease as may be found convenient, giving unto the Lessee ·. the first option to purchase said property at the fair and reasonable market value to be determined at that time by an impartial appraiser selected by the Executrix. When the property is sold, I direct the Executrix to distribute the net proceeds thereof unto my grandchildren, JAMES R. CAMPBELL, WILLIAM B. CAMPBELL, 'TRACY ALAN CAMPBELL. ROBERT B. ALLRIDGE. and GARY LEE ALLRIDGE, in .equal shares. It is understood and agreed that the Lessee shall have a period of sixty (60) days after the property is appraised and written notice of the appraisal is mailed to the Lessee by the Executrix in which to accept or refuse purchase of said property. 6. I name,· constitute and appoint my daughter, BETTY J. (DILL) CAMPBELL, as Trustee for any of my grandchildren above mentioned who are not of age at the time of my death. The said Trustee shall divide the Estate into five (5) separate parts and each part shall be payable to the beneficiary when he attains the age of twenty-one years, free and clear of the trust. During the term of this trust, Trustee s;h.all have full power and authority to use the income and principal of each trust for the support, maintenance and education of said child, including medical care and attention., without requesting perm~ssion of Court.
