LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
OF
MARTHA ·B. DUFF
I. MARTHA B. DUFF. of the Borough of California, Washington County, I
Pennsylvania, do make, publish and declare this to be my Last Will and Testamelt,
hereby revoking and making void any and all wills by me at anytime heretofore
made.
FIRST:

THIRD:
I direct that my Executor hereinafter named, pay all of my just
debts and funeral expenses as soon as may be practicable after my 1·
decease.
I give, devise and bequeath all of my property, real, personal or
I ., mixed, of which I die seized or possessed or to which I may be
l entitled at my decease to my beloved husband, WALTER T. DUFF.
If my beloved husband should predecease me and not be able to I
I accept the devise and bequest of Paragraph Second aforesaid, then l
and only in that case, I g:i:ve, devise and bequeath all of my property~
I I real, personal or mixed, of which I die seized or possessed or to ! . I
which I may be entitled at my decease to my beloved niece, nephews i
and grandnephew in the following shares:
(a) To PEARL CROCK, niece, three-twelfths (3/12). ·
(b) To WILBUR WATKINS,nephew, five-twelfths (5/12).
(c) To JOHN MAHANEY. nephew, two-twelfths (2/12).
(d) To GILBERT CHANNING, JR. grandnephew, two-twelfths,
(2/12).

FOURTH: I nominate, constitute and appoint my beloved nephew JOHN
MAHANEY, the Executor of this my Last Will and Testament, and
I direct that he shall not be required to enter security in any
jurisdiction in which he may act.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and seal to this two

the Testatrix, as alid for her Last Will and Testament, in the presence of us and I

as witnesses thereto.

I, MARTHA B. DUFF, of the Borough of California, Washington County,
Pennsylvania, having made my Last Willand Testament dated June 3,1961, do
hereby make, publish and declare this to be a Codicil to my said Last Will and
Testament.·
FIRST:
SECOND:
Instead of John Mahaney, as .provided in Paragraph fourth of my I
Will, I nominate, constitute and appoint my beloved nephew WILBUR!'
WATKINS, as the Executor of this my Last 'Will and Testament.
I hereby ratify and confirm my said Last Will and Testament
except in so far as any part thereof is revoked or modified by this
Codicil.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I, MARTHA B. DUFF, have to this a Codicil to my!
