asset of the above decedent is a Social Security check for a
June, 1967, payment to the decedent in the amount of $82.40, it is
ORDERED and DECREED under the provisions of Section 202 of the
Fiduciaries Act of 1949 dealing with small estates, that Bert H. Ries,
brother of the decedent, is authorized to accept the said sum and make
such distribution thereof as may be appropriate. No bond to be
required.
