That your Petitioner did make regular payments on account of said mortgage in at least the amount of payments required therein having made the final payment on November 5~ 1963~ a photostatic copy of which is aiiached hereto and marked Exhibit "A". The remaining receipts for payment on account of said mortgage are in the hands of the attorneys for c:your Petitio er and may be exhibited to the Court in the event the Court so desires. 7. That on the 5th day of November, 1957 the said Donald H. Davidson did purchase a property known as Lot No. 4 in Block No. 9 in Reason's Choice Plan of Lots and by instrument of same date he and his wife.JI Lela Davidson, did borrow from Cyril D. Davidson the sum of Seven Thousan and no/100 ($7., 000. 00) Dollars and executed a bond and mortgage therefore in favor of Cyril D. Davidson which 'mortgage is recorded in Mortgage Book Volume 523., page 635,. 8. That the said Donald H. Davidson did make regular payments thereon. The last payment being made on June 30, 1967, a photostatic copy of the receipt for which is hereto attached and made a part hereof. The original of all receipts on account of said mortgage are in the possession of your Petitioner's attorneys and they are available to your Honorable Court for inspection. 9. The remaining balance upon said mortgage ~is· the sum of Four Hundred Seventy-three and 40/100 ($473. 40) Dollars was included as an asset of the estate of the s:aid Cyril D. Davidson and has been paid unto s&id estate and has been accounted for by your Petitioner as Executor thereof in the settlement of said estate. 10. That your Petitioner, as Executor of said estate would, in the usual courseJof events, be authorized to enter satisfactions of record of said mortgages in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds of Washington County., Pennsylvania. 11.
