And as to all of my estate, whether the same be real, personal or mixed, of whatsoever kind and nature and whereso- ever situate, I give, devise and bequeath as follows: FIRST: I direct the payment out of my estate of the expenses of my last illness and funeral as soon as convenientl possible following my deceaseo SECOND: I give, devise and bequeath all of my real estate, known as my home premises at 1101 Meadow Avenue, Charleroi, Pennsylvania, in the manner and fonn follo-v;ring: To WILLIAM KOPACH, for and during the term of his natural life; then, at his death, one-half (1/2) thereof to my son, JOHN KOPACH and ANN KOPACH, his wife, as tenants by the entirety, and one-half (1/2) thereof to be divided equally among my following named children: MICliAEL KOPACH, PETER KOPACH, SAMUEL KOPACH, JOSEPH KOPACH, OLGA GRESKOVICH and DOROTHY PIQUET, as joint tenants with the right of survivorship.
