the Fiduciary Act of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvaniaand upon
motion of Lloyd W. Woodward, Attorney at Law, it is hereby
ORDERED AND DECREED
that the Petitioner, Harold L. Schrock, be authorized, directed
and empowered by virtue of this Decree of Court to draw upon the
First National Bank, Charleroi, in the name of the decedent in the
-amount of $1,271.00 and also to cash the check from Mon-River
Towing, Inc. in the amount of $100.00 and the social security check
in the amount of $53.60, and to pay therefrom the debts listed in
the within petition, and to pay any balance remaining thereafter
to Velda I. Dennis,-surviving spouse of the decedent, and Betty
Lee Kessell, daughter of said decedent; with the same effect that
a Decree of Distribution would have after an accounting by a
personal representative.
